How to report an issue

Use the contact page. Please include the firm or page, the specific claim, the current source URL, and the date you checked it. Reports with sources are reviewed first.

How we check

We compare the report against the firm’s official public pages—rulebooks, pricing, terms, documentation, and dashboards—wherever possible. We do not act on anonymous claims or screenshots without a verifiable source.

What happens after

If the report is correct, we update the page and refresh its checked date from our central research dates. Material corrections are noted on the updates page so readers can see what changed. If we disagree, we explain why and still improve the page where the wording caused confusion.

Conflicting sources

Sometimes a homepage, a rulebook, and a support page disagree. When that happens we show the conflict instead of picking the most flattering version. Conflicts are labeled so you can weigh them yourself.

Scope

This policy covers factual errors in Worth Knowing content. It does not cover disputes with a firm, refund requests, or trading outcomes—those belong with the provider you paid.
